Support by Help Desk Ticketing System

Our Help Desk team registers all service requests in our Service Desk ticketing system, which are then transferred to a field technician for onsite intervention, site visit and resolution of the service request. Our Service Desk ticket management software keeps track of every support ticket until it is resolved. Tickets are managed in accordance with contractual SLA agreements with each client. End of the contract reports are available from the system to provide reporting analysis to clients.
